1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp sugar
1 egg

1/3 cup coarsely chopped pecans
1/3 cup white chocolate chips
1/3 cup dried cherries, roughly chopped
1 cup milk chocolate chips for dipping

Remove, slice into 10-12 pieces, cut on the diagonal, and turn pieces on one side. Cook 5 minutes, flip to the other side and cook 3-5 more minutes. Stay alert and watch carefully so edges do not burn. Cool completely and dip into melted chocolate chips.

Grace...Diana ..Albert...William

I find it interesting the two Royal Wedding have happen this year to two sons that tragically lost their amazing, lovely mothers.

First there was Grace Kelly the Princess of Monaco. She died on September 14, 1982, when she lost control of her automobile and crashed after suffering a stroke. Her daughter Princess Stéphanie, who was in the car with her, survived the accident. She would’ve been 82 today.

On 31 August 1997, Diana, Princess of Wales, died as a result of injuries sustained in a car collision in the Pont de l'Alma road tunnel in Paris, France. Her companion, Dodi Fayed, and the driver of the Mercedes-Benz W140, Henri Paul, were pronounced dead at the scene of the accident. She would have been 50 now.

and not that anyone is asking ,but I'd take William over Albert any day! hahah :)
