I have been so busy lately that I didn't even notice that at the end of January Pink Peony turned 2 years old. I just wanted to take a chance to say thank you to everyone for reading my blog & leaving me comments. It has been wonderful getting to know you all!
Champagne and Raspberry Cupcakes.
1 box white cake mix
1 1/2 cups pink champagne (it doesn't need to be expensive)
2 Tbs oil
1 box raspberry Jell-o
Mix all ingredients together until smooth. Fill 2 lined cupcake pans and bake at 350 F for 20 to 25 minutes.
aA basic cream cheese frosting, added pink food color and a few raspberries (which crush up and disperse nicely with the mixer)
