~Sunshine Slush


3 c. water
1 c. sugar
2 ripe med. bananas
2 (12 oz.) cans unsweetened pineapple juice
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice, thawed
1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade, thawed
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. light rum or vodka
1 (28 oz.) bottle 7-Up

Combine water and sugar, stir until sugar is dissolved. Boil for 3 minutes; cool.

In blender, combine bananas and half of pineapple juice. Cover and blend until smooth. Stir into cooled syrup and add remaining ingredients. Put rum or vodka in last. Put in plastic container and freeze at least 4 hours. Can be frozen 2-3 weeks.

Set out approximately 30 minutes before serving. Pour 7-Up around slush and serve with a little slush in each cup. Makes 13 cups. Good summer drink.
